At Copula Stark we know that quality meat comes from quality livestock. With years of experience in the trading of Halal (“lawful” in Arabic) meat, we have established strong relationship with all the major exporters and abattoirs in Eastern and Western Australia.
The entire production procedure which involves breeding, agistment, fattening, slaughtering, de-boning, packaging and freezing or chilling is guided under our quality control department. It is also supervised by direct attention of the relevant veterinary and quarantine organization authority to ensure quality and to meet Halal certification at all times. We engage licensed consultants to supervised, inspect and certify the production process of our meat products.
We work with reputable transporters and logistic providers to deliver the live cattle and meat products to the final port destination.
